How the Review Works
Keith Tiplady, Shield’s director, visits your site and works through your pest control file with you: the risk assessment, the site plan, visit reports, trend analysis, open recommendations, product records and contractor competence. Each part is checked against the standard your site is actually audited to, and every gap is written down.
He then shows you the same file running in Insectram, the AI pest management system Shield uses. Every visit, device reading and corrective action appears in real time, ready for an unannounced audit, and records from every site in a group are consolidated automatically into one view.
What the Review Checks
Most files look complete until an auditor asks a specific question. The review asks those questions first, so you know exactly what is missing and what it would take to fix it.
Is there a current, site-specific risk assessment, reviewed at the right frequency, that explains why each device and each treatment is where it is?
Does the site plan match what is actually on the walls and floors, with every monitoring point numbered, mapped and checked on each and every visit?
Are visit reports complete and signed, and is there trend analysis an auditor can read, or just a stack of visit sheets that nobody has compared?
